Bus traveling from Bukhara to Tashkent crashes, driver dies

On April 2, a bus belonging to “All Comfort Buss” LLC, traveling from the Bukhara region to Tashkent city, crashed. The company confirmed the incident to QALAMPIR.UZ.
It was reported that the bus driver tragically died as a result of the crash. The exact location of the incident has not been disclosed.
“The passengers are in good condition. We have provided and are continuing to offer necessary assistance to the injured citizens. One passenger was hospitalized,” said an employee of the LLC who spoke with QALAMPIR.UZ.
Preliminary information suggests that the bus overturned on the side of the road after the driver lost control of the steering wheel. There were more than 30 passengers on board. Officials have stated that assistance will be provided to the family of the deceased driver.
Further details about the incident remain undisclosed.
It is important to note that just a day prior, on April 1, a passenger bus collided with three cars in the Akaltin district of the Syrdarya region. Thankfully, no one was injured in that accident.
