Verdict was read for only female defendant in “Baxti Tashkentskiy” case

Today, July 19, the Yunusobod District Court is announcing the verdict in the case related to "Baxti Tashkentskiy." Among the defendants, Nargiza Jumaniyozova, the only female, was immediately released from custody in the courtroom. This was reported by a QALAMPIR.UZ correspondent from the court.

According to the court's ruling, Nargiza Jumaniyozova has been sentenced to 4 years and 4 months of restricted freedom. During this period, she is required to remain at home from 8:00 PM to 7:00 AM, not change her workplace, and not leave Tashkent city.

For reference, Jumaniyozova was accused of committing a crime under Article 165, Part 2 (Extortion) of the Criminal Code when she was apprehended at the end of last year.
