Today, June 29, a fire broke out in one of the residential buildings in the Andijan district of Andijan region. This was reported by the regional Emergency Situations Department.
According to the report, the department received a call about the fire at 15:30. Fire and rescue teams arrived at the scene, located on Chem Street in the "Chem" neighborhood, at 15:37 and extinguished the fire by 15:54.
The blaze damaged the ceiling and roof of the building, as well as various household items.
Fortunately, no one was injured in the incident. The causes of the fire and the extent of the material damage are currently being investigated.
For reference, a similar incident recently occurred in the Kurgantepa district of Andijan region, where a utility building caught fire.
