2025–2026 university applicants can now download test permits

The issuance of "Applicant Permits" for those who registered online to apply to higher and vocational educational institutions for the 2025–2026 academic year has begun. This was announced by the Ministry of Higher Education.

Applicants can obtain their "Applicant Permit" by entering their personal identification number, passport series, and number on the website my.uzbmb.uz. The permit is required in order to participate in entrance tests.

Applicants must arrive at the testing location by the specified time and must bring both their passport (ID card) and applicant permit.

Applicants who arrive without proper identification documents or who are late will not be allowed to participate in the tests.

As previously reported, the online registration for bachelor’s degree programs in higher education institutions for the 2025/2026 academic year has been completed, with a total of 732,411 applicants registered online.
