Abdukadir Husanov was named in French championship team

Uzbekistan national team defender and member of French club RC Lens, Abdukadir Husanov, has been included in the symbolic team of the 8th round of the French Ligue 1. This recognition was announced by "L'Equipe".

In the latest round of Ligue 1, RC Lens played an away match against Rennes, ending in a 1-1 draw. The 20-year-old defender's performance was rated highly, earning him a score of 7. In addition to Husanov, Lens midfielder Adrien Thomasson also made it to the symbolic team with an even higher rating of 8.

Notably, Husanov completed 88.7% of his passes accurately during the match against Rennes, showcasing his strong defensive and playmaking abilities. The team of the week featured the most players from Olympique de Marseille, with three of their players receiving high praise.

Earlier, it was reported that Husanov became the second most valuable player from Uzbekistan, with his current transfer value standing at 5 million euros.
