A child trapped in a washing machine was rescued yesterday, January 6, in the city of Jizzakh, Jizzakh region, according to the Ministry of Emergency Situations.
At 18:40, the Federal Emergency Management Agency received a report that a child had accidentally become trapped in the dryer compartment of a washing machine in one of the multi-storey buildings in the "Ittifaq" neighborhood of Jizzakh city.
Rescue teams from the agency promptly arrived at the scene and, using specialized equipment, safely freed the child, who was then returned to his parents. The child's condition is reported to be good.
It is worth noting that a similar incident occurred earlier when a 5-year-old child, who had fallen into a small hole intended for a water tap, was rescued in the Tashkent district of the Tashkent region.
