3.2 kg of marijuana seized during the operation in Jizzakh

As part of the “Safe and Healthy Country” campaign in the Jizzakh region, two drug dealers were apprehended. This was reported by the Regional Department of Internal Affairs.
According to the report, during an operation in the Dustlik district, two individuals—Sh. Kh. and J.M., born in 2006 and 2007, residents of the “Navruz” neighbourhood, were caught selling 3 kilograms and 222 grams of marijuana to a buyer for $5,000 in the “Manas” neighbourhood.
An investigation into the case is currently underway.
It should be noted that earlier, a person in the Samarkand region was caught attempting to sell 5 kilograms of marijuana for $10,000.
