The president of the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development has arrived in Uzbekistan

At this moment, the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan Shavkat Mirziyoyev, who came to Uzbekistan to participate in the first plenary session of the Council of Foreign Investors and the Samarkand Conference on the interdependence between the EU and Central Asia, at the residence of "Koksaroy" is holding a meeting with the President of European Bank for Reconstruction and Development (EBRD) Odil Reno-Basso.  Presidential Press Secretary Sherzod Asadov was informed about this.

The current state of cooperation between Uzbekistan and EBRD and the prospects for expanding effective partnerships are being considered.

Issues of using the experience and knowledge of EBRD in the implementation of public-private partnership mechanisms, and preparation of new public-private partnership projects in the fields of health care, education and housing, and communal economy are being discussed.
