Ilhom Turaev appointed chairman of newly established JSC “Issiqlikta'minoti”

By government decree, Ilhom Habibullaevich Turaev has been appointed chairman of the board of JSC"Issiqlikta'minoti", as reported by the Ministry of Construction and Housing and Communal Services.  

Before his appointment, Ilhom Turaev served as the head of the Department for Coordination of Heat Supply System Development and Operation Activities at the Ministry of Construction and Housing and Communal Services.  

Previously, it was announced that the joint-stock company "Issiqlikta'minoti" had been established.  

JSC "Issiqlikta'minoti" has been assigned the following responsibilities:  
- Implementing the tariff policy for its constituent organizations;  
- Enhancing operational efficiency, digitalization, and staff training;  
- Coordinating public-private partnership projects and overseeing their execution;  
- Monitoring the fulfillment of key performance indicators (KPIs) set within project frameworks;  
- Establishing a customer service unit as a limited liability company under "Issiqlikta'minoti" JSC;  
- Developing and approving the charter of the engineering company.
