2740The establishment of “Issiqlikta’minoti” (Heat Supply) Joint Stock Company (JSC) has been announced. This decision is part of the presidential decree issued on March 11, aimed at radically reforming the heating supply sector and improving the energy efficiency of buildings.
According to the decree, “Issiqlikta’minoti” JSC will operate under the Ministry of Construction and Housing Utilities, which is tasked with implementing unified state policies in the field of heat supply.
Starting from June 1, 2025:
- Construction and reconstruction projects requiring technical specifications must include renewable energy devices, alternative heating systems, and energy-saving equipment to meet the needs of the buildings themselves.
- The installation of internal heating and hot water distribution systems, as well as full implementation of meters in multi-apartment buildings and facilities, will become mandatory.
- In areas with centralized heating systems, newly constructed multi-apartment buildings, administrative offices, social institutions, industrial facilities, and businesses must be connected to the heating networks.
