- Bukhara and Navoi: Slightly cloudy with some rain on October 28, but dry weather is expected on October 29-30. Temperatures on October 28 will be between 5-10 degrees at night, with daytime temperatures ranging from 8-13 degrees.

- Tashkent, Syrdarya, Samarkand, and Jizzakh: Slightly cloudy with some rain expected on October 28, and dry weather forecasted for October 29-30. On October 28, nighttime temperatures will range from 5-10 degrees, with daytime highs of 8-13 degrees.

- Kashkadarya and Surkhandarya: Cloudy with rain on October 28, clearing on October 29-30. The west wind will turn east at speeds of 7-12 m/s, occasionally reaching 15-20 m/s. October 28 nighttime temperatures will be 5-10 degrees, with daytime temperatures of 10-15 degrees.

- Andijan, Namangan, and Fergana: Cloudy with some rain on October 28 and dry on October 29-30. Temperatures will be 5-10 degrees at night and 10-15 degrees during the day on October 28.
