Young Uzbek footballer attracts interest from European teams

Several European clubs have expressed interest in Asilbek Jumayev, a 20-year-old player for Uzbekistan’s Olympic national team and the Surkhon football club. This was reported by QALAMPIR.UZ.
According to the source, teams from Portugal, Belgium, and Russia are currently "talking" about the young talent. The names of the clubs showing interest are expected to be revealed soon.
For reference, Jumayev has played 17 matches for Surkhon this season, registering 1 goal and 1 assist.
It should be noted that another young Uzbek footballer, Muhammadali Orinbayev, recently transferred from the Tashkent club Pakhtakor to Belgian side Antwerp. He signed a four-year contract with the club.
