By the end of this week, natural gas pressure is expected to increase in the gas pipelines of the Fergana Valley regions (Andijan, Namangan and Fergana).  This was reported by the Ministry of Energy.

It is noted that, in agreement with local governments, it is planned to gradually restore the operation of gas filling compressor stations for cars, depending on the increase in gas pressure.

It is reported that on the days of reduced gas pressure, first of all, it is necessary to supply the population and social facilities (thermal power stations, hospitals, pre-school and school and higher education institutions, etc.) with electricity and natural gas.  Mandatory restrictions on the operation of gas filling compressor stations for cars have been introduced due to the calculation.

“In order to bring the gas pressure in pipelines to the same standard and maintain this standard, gas filling compressor stations for cars will operate in a short period of time on the basis of a plan and schedule,” the message says.

When KALAMPIR.UZ asked the ministry which gas stations in the region will start working at the end of the week, they said that there was no such information and that the hokims would provide a list of gas stations that should be opened.

It should be recalled that on 11 February of this year, the Ministry of Energy rejected the closure of methane gas stations in the valley regions.
