Uzhydromet has issued an emergency warning about the risk of avalanches in Tashkent and Namangan regions.
According to the report, due to expected precipitation and temperature fluctuations from February 15 to 18, there is a risk of avalanches in the mountainous areas of the republic, including:
- Tashkent region: Bostanlyk, Akhangaron, and Parkent districts (Chatkal range mountains);
- Namangan region: Pop district.
Residents, tourists, and drivers in these mountainous areas are urged to take necessary precautions.
