Uzbekistan’s place in the Global Hunger Index has been revealed

12131Uzbekistan ranks 21st in the Global Hunger Index. This was reported by “Global Hunger INDEX”.
It is noted that 121 countries are listed in this rating. In this rating, the hunger index of Uzbekistan is 5.6 points, and the country is among the countries with a low level of hunger.
Belarus, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Chile, China, and Croatia are among the countries with a low global hunger index, while Yemen is among the countries with a high level of hunger.
Also, within the CIS countries, Kazakhstan, Russia, Armenia, Moldova, Azerbaijan, Ukraine, Kyrgyzstan, Turkmenistan and Tajikistan are ranked after Uzbekistan.
It should be recalled that the President of Uzbekistan Shavkat Mirziyoyev made three proposals for the fight against hunger in his speech at the summit of the Council on Cooperation and Trust Measures in Asia which was held in Astana on 13 October this year.
