Yesterday, on December 10, Uzbek teenagers who extinguished the "Eternal Flame'' on Memorial Square in Russia with snow may face deportation from the country along with their families. This information was reported by the main department of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia for St. Petersburg and the Leningrad region.

Three teenagers, while walking around Krasnoe Selo, threw a snowball at the "Eternal Flame," extinguishing it. Initially, the police interviewed two schoolchildren - 14- and 10-year-old brothers who had traveled to St. Petersburg from Uzbekistan, and later handed them over to their parents. Subsequently, it was revealed that the migrant families were residing in Russia without the necessary documents.

State Duma deputy Alexander Khinshtein attributed this incident to the children's lack of information and understanding regarding the country's values.

"In response, the police are preparing court materials seeking the expulsion of both families from the Russian Federation. Additionally, both teenagers and their parents are engaged in investigative procedures," stated the report.

It's important to note that earlier in the Astrakhan region of Russia, a criminal case was initiated against another Uzbek citizen who was subsequently arrested.
