Uzbek specialist appointed Secretary General of Asian Cycling Confederation

Uzbekistan's Kozim Orinboykhujayev has been elected Secretary General of the Asian Cycling Confederation (ACC) at the organization's congress in Thailand. This was announced by the press service of the Cycling Federation of Uzbekistan.  

With this appointment, Orinboykhujayev becomes the first Uzbek to hold a key leadership role within the ACC, marking a significant milestone for Uzbekistan's presence in international cycling governance.  

Orinboykhujayev currently serves as the first deputy chairman of the Cycling Federation of Uzbekistan. During the congress, he was also recognized by the confederation for his contributions to the development of Asian cycling in 2024.
