Uzbek football player helped the victims in Turkey

Otabek Shukurov, the Uzbek player of the Turkish club “Fatih Karagyumruk” took part in the rescue efforts in Hatay. The player announced this on his Instagram page.
“We are here for our brothers. Your pain is our pain!” Shukurov wrote on his page.
It is noted that Otabek Shukurov, a member of the national team of Uzbekistan, and several other Uzbeks went to Hatay to help the victims of the earthquake.
It should be recalled that the Turkish Super League has been cancelled due to the earthquake, as well as any major sports events. The “Hatayspor” and “Gaziantep” clubs in the south of Turkey reported that it was not possible to hold home matches due to the destruction, and these clubs ended their participation in the national championship ahead of schedule.
