A person attempting to undermine Uzbekistan's constitutional system was apprehended in Osh

K.Sh.T., an Uzbek citizen wanted for involvement in religious extremism in Kyrgyzstan's Osh region, was apprehended, according to the Kyrgyz Republic's State Committee for National Security.

During search operations conducted by Kyrgyz National Security Committee personnel in Osh, a 1973-born Uzbek citizen, K.Sh.T., was apprehended.

The individual, a permanent resident of the Andijan region, was sought in Uzbekistan for engaging in religious extremism and subverting the country's constitutional order.

Presently, the detained individual is being held at the investigative detention center of the Kyrgyz Republic's Ministry of Justice's Penitentiary Service.
