Rainy weather is expected in Uzbekistan for 5 days

From 22-26 October of this year, moist air will enter the territory of Uzbekistan from the Caspian Sea, then cold air masses will enter from the Volga region.  Director of the Hydrometeorological Service Center Sherzodhoja Habibullahojayev announced this on his Facebook page.

Between 22-26 October, it will occasionally rain in the republic, as well as:

• On 22 October, it will rain in some places in Karakalpakstan, Khorezm, Bukhara, and Navoi regions;
• On 23 October, it will rain in some places in the republic, in Bukhara and Navoi regions, it will rain in some places at night and in the morning.  Precipitation is not expected in Karakalpakstan, Khorezm region;

On 24 October, it may rain in some places of the republic.  Precipitation is not expected in Karakalpakstan, Khorezm, Bukhara, and Navoi regions.

On 25 October, it will rain in Karakalpakstan, Khorezm region.  On 26 October, it will rain in some places of the republic.  Precipitation is not expected in Karakalpakstan, Khorezm region.

From 23-26 October, there will be precipitation (rain, snow) from time to time in the highlands and mountainous areas, and it will be heavy in some places.

From 21-22 October and 25 October, in the north and desert areas, on 23 October and 26 October, the wind will increase to 15-20 m/s,  in some places of the republic, on 26 October, sometimes up to 23-25 m/s , dust can be observed in some places.

The air temperature in the republic is expected to drop by 8-10 degrees below normal.
