Online admission to first grade begins in Uzbekistan

The admission process for first grade in Uzbekistan for the 2026/2027 academic year officially began on June 20. The Ministry of Preschool and School Education reported this.

According to the ministry, from 10:00 a.m. on June 20, parents can submit electronic applications through two platforms:

my.maktab.uz;
my.gov.uz, the Single Interactive Public Services Portal.

A call center has also been launched for citizens’ convenience. For questions, citizens can call 71-203-07-04 and 71-203-04-03, or contact @mymaktabuz_bot on Telegram.

For reference, admission within microdistricts will continue from June 20 to July 31.

Under the new procedure, admission is being carried out fully online.

First-grade admission is intended for children who have reached the age of 7. For the 2026/2027 academic year, children born on or before December 31, 2019, will be admitted to school.
