Uzbek company faces sanctions imposed by Japan

The Japanese government announced new sanctions targeting 11 foreign companies based in India, Kazakhstan, China, the UAE, and Uzbekistan, as part of their latest measures against Russia in response to the situation in Ukraine.

The sanctions list includes seven Chinese companies such as Alpha Trading Investments, Guangzhou Ausay Technology, and Shenzhen Biguang Trading. Additionally, companies from the UAE, India, Kazakhstan, and Uzbekistan were affected, including Sun Ship Management, Si2 Microsystems, Elem Group, and Mvizion LLC.

Mvizion LLC from Uzbekistan and Hartis DV from Russia are both involved in the supply of electronic components. Mvizion was registered in June 2022 according to Uzbekistan's Unified State Register of Enterprises and Organizations, with an authorized capital of $1 million.

Prior to this, the Uzbekistani company had already been sanctioned by the United States and the United Kingdom.
