6985The Ministry of Health of Uzbekistan is purchasing 10 medical helicopters from the French company "Airbus Helicopters." This information was reported by the ministry's information service.
It is worth noting that the Uzbek-French Joint Business Forum, which took place in Samarkand on November 2 of this year, paved the way for advantageous agreements for Uzbekistan. In particular, Minister of Health Amrillo Inoyatov has reached several agreements with the management of the French company "Airbus Helicopters" regarding the establishment of a medical aviation service in the country.
According to him, Inoyatov discussed with the company's management the acquisition of 10 Airbus H-145 medical helicopters for the Republican emergency medical system and the establishment of a medical aviation service in Uzbekistan that complies with European standards.
Furthermore, during the negotiations, significant attention was devoted to creating the material and technical infrastructure for this field, as well as developing mechanisms for the training of specialists and organizing medical aviation services in mountainous and remote areas.
Additionally, the minister discussed matters of mutual cooperation with Jean Eduard, the chairman of "Gaz Sistem," a company engaged in the production of medical oxygen generators, medical gas devices, and systems.
We would like to remind you that Emmanuel Macron visited Samarkand on November 1 of this year. On November 2, an official welcoming ceremony took place at the Congress Center. Earlier, Mirziyoyev and Macron held negotiations in both a private and extended format. Following the negotiations, Shavkat Mirziyoyev and Emmanuel Macron issued a joint statement. Eight bilateral documents covering finance, education, culture, and other areas of bilateral cooperation were signed in the presence of the presidents.
Before Macron's arrival, the "Bloomberg" newspaper reported that the purpose of the French President's visit to Kazakhstan and Uzbekistan was to enhance the country's energy security. AFP, citing a source in the Elysée Palace, indicated that Macron's visit to Kazakhstan and Uzbekistan aimed to help Paris maintain its influence in the region alongside the USA and the European Union.
