New Umrah season for Uzbek pilgrims to begin in August

The new Umrah season for pilgrims from Uzbekistan will officially begin in August, according to the Hajj and Umrah Center under the Muslim Affairs Office of Uzbekistan.

The Center stated that it continues its efforts to organize Umrah trips at a high level, ensuring pilgrims receive quality services and can perform religious rituals in accordance with Sharia requirements.

As part of this year's offering, a special 10-day Umrah program will be available. The itinerary includes direct flights on the Tashkent–Jeddah–Tashkent route. Pilgrims will spend three days in Medina and seven days in Mecca.

In Medina, the program includes visits to the Prophet’s Mosque, Rawza, Quba Mosque, Qiblatain Mosque, and Uhud Square. In Mecca, pilgrims will visit the valleys of Arafat, Mina, and Muzdalifah, along with Mount Nur and Mount Thawr.

Throughout the journey, pilgrims will be accompanied by an experienced team, including group leaders made up of imams and trained medical personnel, to ensure a safe and spiritually fulfilling pilgrimage.

It is worth noting that last year, the “Umrah–2024” season began on September 10.
