3693Initiatives have begun on the repatriation of Uzbek citizens who are staying in the territory of the Republic of Moldova. The official representative of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Yusuf Kabuljanov, reported this.
According to a representative of the Ministry, 428 Uzbek citizens, including 69 women, 48 adults and 11 infants, have been transported from Ukraine through Katowice airport in Poland on 7-8 of March.
From 28 February to 8 March, 21 flights were organized and 4,787 citizens of Uzbekistan were returned from the combat zone.
Two more flights have been scheduled for 8 March.
