Several central streets of Tashkent will be temporarily closed

Several central streets will be closed tomorrow, 19 February, from 07:00 a.m. to 09:30 a.m. in connection with a public running competition in Tashkent.  This was reported by the Information Service of the capital city.

Below is a list and map of the expected street closures:

• From the square in front of the People’s Friendship Art Palace along Furqat Street to the intersection of Beshyogoch Street;
• Along Beshyogoch Street to the intersection with Islam Karimov Street;
• Along Islam Karimov street to the intersection with Amir Temur avenue;
• From Amir Temur avenue to the intersection of Amir Temur avenue with Islam Karimov street;
• Temporary restrictions on the movement of cars will be established along Islam Karimov Street up to the square in front of the People’s Friendship Art Palace.

 “We recommend drivers to use detours and apologize for any inconvenience,” said the message of the hokimiya.
