Today, on August 24, a fire broke out in a warehouse in the Yangihayat district of Tashkent, as reported by the Ministry of Emergency Situations.
It was noted that at 9:41 a.m., the Department of Fire and Emergency Services received a report of a fire in the warehouse of a production workshop located on Yangi Darkhan Street in the district.
"Accordingly, fire-rescue crews arrived at the scene at 9:48 a.m., contained the fire, and are currently engaged in extinguishing operations," the report stated.
The First Deputy Chief of Staff of the Ministry of Emergency Situations, Colonel S. Zuparov, along with the management and staff of Tashkent’s Fire and Emergency Services and cooperative agencies, arrived at the scene.
There were no reports of injuries or fatalities resulting from the fire. The situation is completely under control.
We would like to remind you that a significant fire occurred earlier in a gas pipeline in the Nishan district of the Kashkadarya region.
