A fire broke out in one of the schools located in the Mirzo Ulugbek district of Tashkent city. This was reported by the Information Service of the Ministry of Emergency Situations.
According to reports, the incident took place today, August 2, on the 2nd floor of school No. 50, located on Istiqlal Street, Mirzo Ulugbek District, Tashkent. At 11:43 a.m., the fire was reported to the Emergency Situations Department.
Following the call, 2 fire and rescue crews arrived at the scene at 11:49, and the fire was contained at 11:52 and extinguished at 12:00.
As a result of the fire, the internal equipment on the 2nd-floor area of about 10 square meters was damaged.
No one was injured or died as a result of the incident. The cause of the fire and the amount of material damage are still being determined.
