Fire erupts in Tashkent apartment

On September 18, a fire broke out in a residential apartment in the Uchtepa district of Tashkent, according to the city's Department of Emergency Situations.

The department received an alert at 3:09 p.m. regarding a blaze in a private home on Takachi Street. Fire rescue teams arrived at the scene just five minutes later, contained the fire by 3:42 p.m., and fully extinguished it by 3:50 p.m.

Fortunately, there were no injuries or fatalities reported as a result of the incident. Investigations are currently underway to determine the cause of the fire and assess any material damage.

It is worth noting that on the same day, another fire occurred at a sewing factory in the Uchtepa district, as well as at a furniture manufacturing facility in the Olmazor district.
