The license of a pharmacy owned by "Nozim-Abdullah Farm" LLC, which has been operating in Tashkent, has been revoked due to violations of licensing requirements and conditions. This information was provided by the Pharmaceutical Products Safety Center under the Ministry of Health (SSV).

During an inspection conducted by specialists from the Pharmaceutical Licensing Department, it was determined that the pharmacy had indeed breached the conditions of its license.

As a result, the Pharmaceutical Products Safety Center submitted a claim to the Tashkent Interdistrict Economic Court seeking the cancellation of license No. 064097, issued to "Nozim-Abdullah Farm" LLC for the retail sale of medicines and medical supplies on February 17, 2023. The court accepted the application, leading to the revocation of the pharmacy's license.

By current legislation, this pharmacy has been added to the unified register of pharmacies whose licenses have expired, and any employees (pharmacists, pharmacy technicians) directly involved in the violations are also noted.

It is important to mention that the license of "Samo" Limited Liability Company, which produced the "Antistrumin" medication, was previously temporarily suspended due to a serious violation of the law. In December 2023, the Center filed a lawsuit to permanently cancel the license of "Samo" LLC.

Additionally, due to an ongoing investigation into a poisoning incident in Namangan, the court proceedings related to this economic case were suspended on January 19, 2024, at the request of the defendant. License No. 15571, held by "Samo" Limited Liability Company (issued on March 30, 2020, for the production of medicinal products), has also been temporarily suspended.
