Gas station in Tashkent steals 11.4 billion sums of natural gas

A gas station in Bekabad, Tashkent region, was discovered to have embezzled 11.4 billion sums of natural gas, according to the Prosecutor General's Office.
Officials of LLC "G.O." were found to have manipulated measuring devices at the gas compression station used for filling cars, leading to the illegal acquisition of natural gas.
A criminal case has been initiated against the company's officials under Part 4, Article 169 (Theft), Clause "a" of the Criminal Code.
Previously, in the Republic of Karakalpakstan, another gas station was found to have illegally used 1.1 million cubic meters of natural gas, causing 2.8 billion sums of damage.
