Driver dies in traffic accident in Tashkent

On October 10, a fatal traffic accident involving a Spark and Matiz occurred in the Almazor district of Tashkent, according to the city's Department of Internal Affairs.
The accident happened at 23:30 on Nurafshan Street. The driver of the Spark, B.K., born in 1984, collided with the Matiz, driven by I.T., born in 2004.
Tragically, the driver of the Spark died at the scene from his injuries. Two passengers in the Spark, along with the driver of the Matiz, were transported to the hospital for medical treatment.
A criminal case has been initiated under Article 266, Part 2 of the Criminal Code, and an investigation is currently ongoing.
It should be noted that earlier, in the Boysun district of Surkhandarya, the driver of an Isuzu truck struck three individuals and fled the scene, resulting in two deaths. The suspect was later apprehended and a criminal case was also opened in that incident.
