A “Pharmacist” selling psychotropic drugs arrested in Tashkent

In Tashkent city, it was discovered that a pharmacy seller was dispensing potent medication to a customer without proper documentation. This was reported by the Department under the General Prosecutor's Office.
It was disclosed that a prompt action was taken by the Yakkasaray district department of the aforementioned department. During the operation, the pharmacy seller G.L. of "A.Sh." LLC was apprehended with a total of 245 units of the potent drug "Reduksin," without any accompanying documents. This was evident when the seller was caught in the act of selling it to B.M. for 5.9 million soums.
"In light of this situation, a criminal case has been initiated under Article 186-3 of the Criminal Code (violation of the order of retail sale of prescription drugs containing strong active substances), and investigations are underway," the message stated.
