Organization that advertised online gambling in Tashkent was punished

The regional administration of the Competition Committee in Tashkent identified cases where the bookmaker's advertising trademark was displayed on outdoor advertising structures in the Yunusabad and Mirzo Ulugbek districts by "Hamkor Reklama Servis" LLC. Action was taken, as reported by the press service of the Committee for the Development of Competition and Protection of Consumer Rights.

According to the source, under Article 46 of the Law "On Advertising," gambling and other risk-based games, including those using telecommunication networks and the Internet, are prohibited from being advertised.

As a result, a special commission initiated a case against "Hamkor Reklama Servis" LLC for violating Article 46 of the Law "On Advertising." The committee imposed the maximum financial fine allowed by law, and the collected documents were sent to the prosecutor's office for further consideration of liability.

It is worth noting that "Marketplace Trading" JSC was previously fined for violating advertising legislation.
