In the Sergeli district of Tashkent city, a National Guard officer quarreled with a citizen who disposed of waste in an unmarked place, as reported by the Tashkent Department of the National Guard.

According to the report, on November 12, at the Sergeli farmer's market in the Sergeli district, a National Guard employee responsible for maintaining public order confronted a citizen for improper waste disposal in an unspecified location. The officer engaged in clarification work with the individual.

The citizen, however, actively resisted, disregarding legal requirements and attracting public attention. Eventually, the confrontation escalated to physical resistance, with the citizen challenging the officer, saying, "What can you do?" In response, the National Guard officer had to use force to defend himself and halt the violation.

With the intervention of citizens at the scene, the situation somewhat calmed down, and the offender left to avoid responsibility.

In connection with this incident, legal action is being pursued under Article 91-1 of the Code of Administrative Responsibility, relating to the improper disposal of solid household and construction waste in unspecified places, as well as liquid household waste. Additionally, measures are being taken under Article 1941 for the failure to comply with legal requirements by a military serviceman (employee) of the National Guard of the Republic of Uzbekistan, and under Article 195-1 for resisting the performance of military servicemen (employees) of the National Guard of the Republic of Uzbekistan. Authorities are actively working to identify and locate the involved citizen.
