The bidding process lasted over 20 minutes and concluded after two rounds. Streetpark Systems emerged as the winner, offering 62.93 billion soums for the lot, a figure 10% higher than the starting price.

Streetpark Systems was registered on November 13, 2024. The company is primarily owned by Kudratbek Dilshodovich Yakubov, who holds a 75% stake and is also associated with other businesses, including Leader Great Trade, Aziz Export 777, and Prime Avto Consulting LLC. The awarded lot covers a total area of 262.8 thousand square meters in Tashkent, with a lease term of three years. Under the agreement, the lessee must invest a minimum of $5 million within the first two years to develop the parking lots. This includes installing parking meters, traffic management equipment, and communication networks.
