Two South Korean women, who were temporarily living in a rented accommodation in the Yakkasaroy district of the capital Tashkent, were invaded. This was reported by the Press Service of the Investigation Department under the Ministry of Internal Affairs.

According to reports, the incident took place on June 30 of this year at approximately 1:50 p.m. in one of the apartments located in the "Dilbuloq" neighborhood. Three unknown individuals killed a 61-year-old South Korean citizen named N.Kh. and her 37-year-old daughter, K.M. The perpetrators threatened them with a kitchen knife and scissors when they opened the door of the apartment. They stole three mobile phones, one tablet, one laptop, 1700 US dollars, and 1.5 million soums from the apartment and fled the scene.

Following the incident, one of the intruders, K.M., was apprehended by National Guard officers who were serving in the area. They pursued the criminals and received assistance from the public.

As a result of a swift investigation, it was determined that the crime was committed by a 39-year-old individual named D.A., who resides in the Tashkent region, along with his co-habitants, a 22-year-old named L.A. and a previously convicted 29-year-old named A.R. The latter was identified as a resident of the Yangihayat district of Tashkent city and was found to be responsible for the crime. A.R. was arrested based on physical evidence.

D.A. and L.A. were detained by the Investigative Department under the Department of Coordination of Internal Affairs of the Yakkasaray district in connection with this incident. A criminal case was initiated against A.R. under Article 164, Part 3, Clause "c" (invasion) of the Criminal Code. The suspects were remanded in custody as a precautionary measure.
