A hot water pipe has burst in the "Fayziobod GAI" region of Tashkent, according to the Mirobod district administration's press service.
The ongoing hydraulic testing of heat networks in Tashkent caused the pipe burst in the "Fayziobod GAI" area, but all necessary measures were implemented, and no injuries were reported.
“Hydraulic tests of heat networks in Tashkent, running from June 20 to August 2, involve high-pressure assessments for mechanical strength and density. The report warns that these tests could lead to damage, potentially causing hot water to leak onto roads and sidewalks,” the report stated.
Previously, the Yunusobod district of Tashkent experienced street flooding due to a failure in the large water conduit network.
