Heating season start date was announced for Tashkent

Starting from midnight on November 5, 2024, heat circulation from central sources will begin in Tashkent. The gradual supply of thermal energy is set to start on November 7, according to the Tashkent City Administration’s press service.

The decision to initiate centralized heating from November 5 was made by the Tashkent city mayor, based on numerous public requests and meteorological data. Heat sources will start circulating warmth at 00:00, ensuring heat reaches consumers through centralized distribution.

From November 7, a phased rollout of thermal energy supply will begin.

"Residents are encouraged to report any issues with the heat supply in their homes or workplaces, as well as any service deficiencies by heating providers, by calling 1055 or one of the following numbers: 71 210-01-87, 71 210-01-41, 71 210-01-11, 71 210-01-63. Alternatively, concerns can be shared on the city administration's social media pages, the report states.
