Fire breaks out near MIA building in Tashkent

Today, June 10, at 08:10, an electrical fire occurred in an underground tunnel near the intersection of Afrosiyob and Sh. Rashidov streets in Tashkent's Yakkasaroy district, according to city DES reports.
Nine fire-rescue teams arrived at the scene by 08:15. The fire was contained by 09:08 and fully extinguished by 09:15.
No injuries or fatalities resulted from the incident. The Minister of Emergency Situations was present at the scene.
"Tashkent Metropolis" DUK clarified that the fire was unrelated to the metropolitan system and that all equipment at the "Cosmonauts" station was functioning normally.
