In Tashkent, a 31-year-old man fatally stabbed the 3-year-old son of his cohabitating partner. Hayot Shamsutdinov, the General Prosecutor's Office press secretary, reported this to QALAMPIR.UZ.
On July 9, in the Yashnobod district of Tashkent, a man born in 1993, who was renting an apartment on Yakkatol Street, attacked the woman's son, born in 2021, with a knife during a dispute. The child succumbed to his injuries before arriving at the hospital.
The Yashnobod district prosecutor's office has initiated a criminal case for deliberate murder under Article 97 of the Criminal Code, and the suspect has been taken into custody following procedural protocols.
