Driver loses control, Matiz crashes and burns in Yunusobod

A Matiz vehicle collided with a concrete barrier and caught fire in the Yunusobod district of Tashkent. The Road Traffic Safety Department of the Main Department of Internal Affairs of Tashkent City reported the incident.

According to the statement, the accident occurred on December 6 at approximately 06:50 near house 36 on Abdulla Qodiriy Street. The 32-year-old driver of the Matiz, identified as A.A., lost control of the vehicle, resulting in the crash. The collision led to a fire in the car.

The fire was promptly extinguished by the district traffic police, and fortunately, no injuries were reported.

Authorities are currently investigating the circumstances surrounding the accident.

"All drivers to adhere to traffic rules to avoid such incidents," the Road Traffic Safety Department urged.

It should be recalled that a similar traffic accident recently occurred in the Yunusobod district, involving three vehicles. In that case, a Volkswagen caught fire following the collision.
