A Tashkent city official from the Department of Ecology, Environmental Protection, and Climate Change reported that a resident was fined for collecting construction waste in an unspecified area.
The incident occurred at an unmarked location in front of House 57A, Labzak neighborhood, Shaikhontohur District, Tashkent, where construction waste was accumulated.
Upon investigation, it was determined that citizen X.A. was responsible for the collection of the construction waste.
In accordance with Article 91, Part 1 of the Code of Administrative Responsibility, an administrative report was filed against the individual, resulting in a fine of 680,000 soums. Additionally, educational efforts were conducted to discourage the disposal of waste in unmarked areas.
