7707Yesterday, on August 4, a citizen driving a car sustained serious injuries due to the collapse of a lifting crane near Tashkent International Airport. This incident was reported by QALAMPIR.UZ.
According to reports, the crane failed to support the weight while a flag was being installed at the airport entrance. Consequently, G.L., born in 1980, who was driving the vehicle, was taken to the multidisciplinary clinic of the Center for the Development of Professional Qualifications of Medical Workers with severe injuries.
To ascertain the patient's condition, QALAMPIR.UZ contacted the head doctor of the clinic, Sanjarbek Matkarimov. Dr. Matkarimov stated that the 44-year-old patient received initial care and underwent surgery.
"The ruptured parts of the liver and intestine were sutured. Additionally, a surgical operation was performed on the injured part of the patient's right leg. A bone fracture was also noted in the left arm shoulder, and a temporary cast was applied. A fracture of the left femur was detected, and a second-stage surgery is scheduled for today, August 5. It should be noted that G.L. has regained consciousness," the doctor stated.
