On April 30, a 38-year-old man was found hanged in a shed in the Yukari Chirchik district of the Tashkent region. This information was provided by Hayot Shamsutdinov, press secretary of the Prosecutor General’s Office, in response to a request from QALAMPIR.UZ.
According to the statement, the man, identified as V.C.B., born in 1987 and residing in the Bektemir district, took his own life by hanging in a summer shed located opposite a gas compressor station for cars on the left side of the Ahangaran direction of the Tashkent-Ahangaran highway in the Yukari Chirchik district.
A forensic medical examination has been ordered, and investigations are ongoing to determine the circumstances and reasons behind the suicide.
It should be noted that earlier, two consecutive days of suicide cases were reported in Bukhara, involving first- and second-year students of Bukhara State Technical University. The second-year student had posted suicide-related messages on Instagram multiple times on April 27-28. The Bukhara City Prosecutor’s Office has launched a pre-investigation inquiry into these incidents.
