Hashish was found in the car of a 25-year-old man in Tashkent

Packed narcotics were discovered in the car of a 25-year-old man in the Tashkent region. The press service of the DIA of the Tashkent region reported this.

According to the report, officers from the regional DIA patrol post service on night duty checked individuals engaged in suspicious activities near the Medical College in Chirchik City. They found a narcotic substance, specifically hashish, packaged in packets between the doors of a Matiz car owned by 25-year-old A.Kh. The discovery was documented with the participation of impartial witnesses.

"A criminal case has been initiated against those arrested in connection with this situation under Article 273 (Illegal preparation, acquisition, storage, and other actions involving narcotic drugs, their analogs, or psychotropic substances, as well as their illegal transfer) of the Criminal Code of the Republic of Uzbekistan. Investigative efforts are currently underway," the report states.
