7398In Tashkent, officers of the Bureau of Enforcement seized a Tesla from a debtor who had not paid fines on time. The CEB press service informed QALAMPIR.UZ about this.
It is reported that the Shaykhontohur district branch of the Enforcement Bureau holds documents for the collection of administrative fines totaling more than 116 million soums from the debtor F.Sh. Despite receiving a total of 186 executive documents since June 2023, the debtor has not voluntarily complied.
After the debts remained unpaid, the Bureau issued a search warrant for the debtor's Tesla Model 3 on May 18. The wanted Tesla was found at the debtor's residence during a swift operation, and the debtor was informed that the vehicle was seized and placed in a penalty area for temporary storage.
Initially, the debtor actively resisted and disobeyed the lawful orders of the state executive. However, after the legal consequences were explained by responsible employees, the debtor voluntarily handed over the Tesla.
Currently, measures are being taken to sell the vehicle.
