Accident involving two buses occurs in Tashkent

Today, September 25, a video showing an accident between two passenger buses in the Sergeli district of Tashkent surfaced on social media. "Toshshahartrans" JSC responded to the incident.

According to reports, at approximately 6:45 a.m., the driver of Yutong bus route 117, operated by the "12th Bus Palace" branch, A.Y., was traveling along Khonabod Street in the New Life District. Just before reaching an unregulated railway crossing, as the bus was turning toward the wholesale market stop on Kurumvicher Street, it collided with another Yutong bus from route 55, driven by Sh.Sh., under the management of the "1st Bus Palace" branch.

Preliminary information indicates that no one was injured in the accident, though both buses sustained technical damage.

In response to the accident, the Traffic Safety Control Department of "Toshshahartranskhizmat" JSC has launched an internal service inspection.

As a reminder, a previous traffic accident occurred in the Almazor district of Tashkent, involving a Cobalt, a Tracker, and a "harmoshka" bus.
