A fire broke out on a cargo vehicle traveling along a road in Tashkent region. The regional Emergency Situations Department reported the incident.

According to the statement, on March 11 at 6:40 PM, a cargo vehicle caught fire on the 91st kilometer of the Tashkent-Valley A-373 highway.

Firefighting crews arrived at the scene by 6:50 PM and fully extinguished the fire by 7:07 PM.

“The fire's cause and the damage's extent are currently under investigation. Fortunately, no injuries or fatalities were reported,” the statement noted.

Note: Previously, an explosion occurred at a gas filling station in Tashkent region involving a bus.
