House catches fire in the Tashkent region (video)

Today, February 7, a fire broke out in a residential house in the Tashkent region, according to the regional Emergency Situations Department.

The fire started at 16:22 in a private apartment on Uzbekistan Street in the Yukorichirchik district’s “Iyk-Ota” neighborhood.

Firefighting crews arrived at the scene at 16:29, contained the flames by 16:37, and fully extinguished the fire by 16:47.

No injuries or fatalities have been reported. Authorities are currently investigating the cause of the fire and assessing the damage.

Earlier, a fire also broke out in a warehouse belonging to a sewing enterprise in Tashkent’s Uchtepa district.
